The story tells about Irene, a young woman from the city who receives a house from her grandfather. The house is located in another province, and one of her grandfather's demands is that she live in it for two months before inheriting it. Irene so he decides to live there for two months so he can sell it later.

The first floor of the building is a comic book shop and the second floor is a lodging house. Their building is located between luxurious buildings in Cheongdam neighborhood.
